1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use one copy of the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device owned or controlled by you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Company or its affiliates.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Important: InterviewHUD is an assistive tool. We are not responsible for the outcome of any interview, job application, or professional interaction in which you use the Application.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
