At InterviewHUD, we believe that your interview data is personal and private. We have designed our application to ensure that your data remains under your control. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Local Storage: InterviewHUD stores your settings, API keys, and resume text locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers.
Audio Data: Audio processing happens in real-time. We do not record or store your audio conversations on our servers. The audio data is sent directly from your device to the Google Gemini API using your own API key.
Google Gemini API: Our application integrates with Google's Gemini API to provide AI-generated suggestions. When you use the application, text transcripts and your resume context are sent to Google's servers for processing. This interaction is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
When you purchase a license, we collect necessary information to process your payment and issue your license key (such as your email address). This information is securely stored by our payment processor. We do not sell or share your personal contact information with third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the limited information we hold. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
